Join us on Sunday, August 12th for Art on the Commons at Kettering's Lincoln Park Civic Commons! Over 100 artists participate in this annual juried fine arts and fine crafts festival, featuring jewelry, ceramics, paintings, photography, watercolor, sculpture, glass, fibers and more. The event includes live music, craft beers, and locally produced food.
This year's artists hail from Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio. Miami Valley artists include Guustie Alvarado, Victoria Alvarez, Karen Becker-Benedetti, Paula Benfer, Jason Boyer, David Brand, Thomas Chapman, Ivy and Hirute Chevers, Dianne Collinson, Meredith Cope, Michael Davis, Peter Frederick, Pam Geisel, Kathy Gross, Dee Hilt, Rosemary Huart, Susan Huff-Pleimann, Rose Lawson, Sarah Lord, Heidi McGrew, Trish McKinney, Greg Neal, Christine Noah-Cooper, Pat Palmer, Sandra Picciano-Brand, Daniel Powers and Loretta Wikstrom. Art on the Commons is programmed through Rosewood Arts Centre with the City of Kettering Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts.
