Gratitude Folders: Filling Your Pockets with Positivity

This workshop will introduce the concept of creating “gratitude folders” as a positive psychology technique to build resiliency in hospitals and other settings. Participants will create their own file folder journals and embellish them. Please bring photos (or copies of photos if you would prefer) and memorabilia you would like to use.
