Come and enjoy an evening of creativity, learning, and connection. Dr. Jennifer Durham, LPCC-S and Heidi Larew, PCC-S, LICDC-CS, ACS, NCC, ATCS will be presenting on the use of creativity to define your leadership role as a clinician or clinical supervisor in the mental health field. This interactive evening will allow you to explore your values related to your role as a leader. You will have the opportunity to engage in a creative art intervention and discussion.

Participants will:
Be aware of the Transformational Leadership Model and the Non-Violent Communication approach.
Learn about psychotherapy approaches, developmental models, and social role models for supervision.
Understand the 5 steps in the process of creativity as identified by Csikszentmihalyi.
Participate in a creative intervention to assist in clarifying their visions as leaders.
