-Participants will learn the transformational model of leadership, including Watson-Gegeo’s four goals of teaching for transformation and Kousez’ and Posner’s five practices of exemplary leadership.
-Participants will understand the intentions of non-violent communication and four components of awareness which lead to compassionate communication.
-Participants will engage in an experiential art intervention related to clinical supervision.
